Painting crew partnerships

How we work with crews

SnowPeak is an owner-led painting company, and the field work is delivered by skilled painting crews and trade partners. If you run a crew or work as a trade professional, this is where you tell us about your work.

The relationship is a trade partnership. Your crew brings the craft, the tools, and the coverage to operate as an independent business; SnowPeak brings organized projects, clear scope, and steady communication with the homeowner. Good crews stay busy with us because the work is well-managed and the standard is consistent.

Future employment opportunities will be posted here as they open.
