SnowPeak Painting is operated by SnowPeak Home Services LLC, a Colorado painting company serving the greater Denver metro. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We provide interior and exterior house painting, cabinet refinishing, and deck and fence staining for residential properties. Specific work, materials, and pricing are described in the written estimate we prepare for your project.

Estimates we provide online or by phone are preliminary and for planning only. A final price is set in the written estimate we provide after we review your project. An estimate is not a contract until both you and SnowPeak Painting agree to it in writing. Prices may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or your requests change.

We will agree on a schedule with you before work begins. Weather, material availability, and changes to the scope of work can affect timing. If you need to reschedule or change your project, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment terms are stated in your written estimate. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due as described there once the agreed work is complete and you have had a chance to review it.

Work we complete is backed by our written warranty. Details, including what is covered and for how long, are provided with your estimate and on our warranty page.

If you provide your phone number and agree, SnowPeak Painting may contact you by text message about your inquiry, estimate, or project, and may send occasional promotions if you opt in to those. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for more.

To help your project go smoothly, you agree to provide accurate information about your property, reasonable access to the work area, and to let us know about anything that could affect the work, such as known damage, lead paint, or special conditions.

The content on this website, including text, images, and our logo, belongs to SnowPeak Home Services LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission. Photos may be used for illustration and may not depict your specific project.

Our website is provided as is, and the information on it is for general guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnowPeak Home Services LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law or any warranty we provide for completed work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute relating to these terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
