Warranty
We stand behind our work, in writing
A warranty is only as good as the work behind it. Our prep-first process and premium materials are what make our guarantee meaningful, not just a promise.
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work with a written workmanship warranty on every project. If something is not right because of our work, we make it right.
Premium Materials
We apply manufacturer-grade products according to specification, so your finish is backed by both our workmanship and the quality of the materials we use.
Prep-Driven Durability
A warranty is only as good as the prep behind it. Our prep-first process, cleaning, repair, caulking and priming, is what keeps your finish from peeling and our guarantee meaningful.
Clear Terms, In Writing
Your specific warranty terms are provided in writing with your project, so you know exactly what is covered and for how long. No fine-print surprises.
How it works
Simple, honest, and documented
Every SnowPeak project includes a written warranty covering our workmanship. The specific length and terms depend on the type of project, interior, exterior, cabinets or staining all weather differently, especially in Colorado's climate, so we provide your exact terms in writing with your estimate and project paperwork.
If an issue arises that's due to our workmanship within your warranty period, we'll come back and make it right. That's the whole point of doing the prep properly the first time: so the finish lasts and the guarantee rarely has to be used.
Have a question about coverage for your specific project? Just ask. We are happy to walk through exactly what is included before you commit to anything.
What coverage depends on
Paint performance comes down to a few things. Your written terms account for them:
- Surface prep
- Substrate and its condition
- Moisture and drainage
- Paint product and number of coats
- Scope of work agreed upon
Typical exclusions
Like any painting warranty, some things are outside our control and are not covered:
- Hail and storm damage
- Impact or physical damage
- Structural movement and settling
- Moisture intrusion from leaks
- Customer-supplied paint
- Normal wear over time
Your exact warranty length, coverage, and exclusions are provided in writing with your project. We do not promise a specific number of years here because the right term depends on the work above.
